APERTOxTE is the multi-service desk of FILCAMS CGIL Milano to respond to initial information and problems of workers in Milan and the province of commerce, tertiary, large-scale distribution, catering, canteens, hotels, travel agencies, cleaning, private security, pharmacies, hairdressing and beauty and professional studios.
It also carries out a paycheck control service, application of the National Collective Labor Agreement, information on contributory aspects and assistance in practices and disputes dedicated to domestic workers, carers and condominium doormen.
